Using brandoc
You may use brandoc to create, edit, store, and export professional document templates and documents. You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, and distribute, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use it.
Beta access and allowances
The closed beta is free and invite-only. Pro Beta includes defined monthly AI and export allowances and may be changed to protect reliability and control processing costs. Payments are disabled, and testers will not be enrolled into a paid plan automatically.
AI-assisted output
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. brandoc validates document structure, but you remain responsible for reviewing factual, legal, financial, and professional content before use.
Future payments
brandoc is not accepting payments during the closed beta. Before any paid Pro plan is enabled, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation, taxes, and refund conditions will be shown clearly and require your explicit purchase; beta access will never convert automatically.
Availability and changes
brandoc may improve, replace, or discontinue features where necessary to maintain security, reliability, and sustainable operation. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
This starter policy is provided as implementation-ready product copy and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
